Exercise

You are invited to join our exercise group in the Family Life Center each Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m.  Activities include stretching, range of motion exercises, low-impact aerobics, and weight lifting using 2 and 3 pound weights which are furnished.  All ages are welcome, and there is no charge to participate.
