About

Our Beliefs

We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and that God’s grace is available to all people.

We believe the Bible is the primary authority for our faith and life, and we seek to understand it through tradition, reason, and personal experience. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

United Methodists emphasize God’s love in action. This means living out our faith through worship, service, compassion, and justice. We believe in the importance of community, where all people are welcomed, valued, and invited to grow in their relationship with God.

We practice two sacraments—Baptism and Holy Communion—as signs of God’s grace at work in our lives. We also believe that faith is a lifelong journey, and we are committed to helping people grow in love of God and neighbor.

Above all, we believe that nothing can separate us from the love of God, and we are called to share that love with the world.
