Centenary's Sew Blessed group has been very busy sewing these past few months. Because of Covid, we have met only briefly each month, and then completed projects at home. Our group has completed 103 colorful pillowcases, 43 warm lap quilts, and 57 Christmas stockings. The pillowcases and some children's quilts were donated to Evansville's Riley Children's Hospital and Albion Fellows Bacon Shelter. The lap quilts were given to North Park Nursing Center, Braun Nursing Home, and Heritage Center. Christmas stockings were also given to Riley Children's Hospital. In January, we will focus on making clothing protectors and fidget quilts. If you have an interest in sewing, we would love to have you join us.
